FAQ

Do you Travel?

We do! Contact us with your travel and event plans along with your event date for more information.
Depending on distance, mileage may be charged for travel.

How long have you been doing this?

Tim has well over 10 years in the emcee and DJ business. Lauren has 10 years of experience with digital managing. Jacob has over 10 years experience in stage lighting and special effects. Our team recently formed together through Tim with a vision to grow Quest Entertainment.

How do we book you?

Through our handy dandy little “INQUIRE NOW” or “CONTACT US” buttons that you see located throughout our website! We can also be contacted via phone or e-mail. We are waiting to hear from you!

Can you help us with planning?

Yes! We are certified wedding planners and would love to assist you in planning your event! Please see the "Wedding/Event Planning" page for further info!

How far out do you book?

We are currently booking through the remainder of 2024 and throughout 2025. Please feel free to contact us with any date that is farther than 1 year out.
The sooner you contact us to reserve your date, the better chances of us having that date available!

Can we supply you with a playlist?

We will accept playlists from clients if they wish to supply us with a playlist. However, we will not accept playlists from anyone other than our client.

What will you wear?

While Quest Entertainment loves to joke around and have a good time, unless otherwise specified, Quest will wear attire such as a black polo and long pants (or equivalent). If our client would prefer formal dress, Quest is happy to honor that request. Depending on environmental conditions at time of set-up, appropriate casual dress may be worn prior to arrival of guests to keep professional clothing looking professional for time of event.

Do you allow song requests?

We have no issues with song requests whatsoever and will do our absolute best to accommodate those requests. However, if our client requests no song requests during the event, we will honor our client’s request.

Are there any songs that are prohibited?

No, we do not have any songs that we personally prohibit from playing. However, if our client requests music of a specific style, genre, or specific content not be played throughout the event, we will honor our client’s request to the best of our knowledge and abilities.
